The hotel was pathetic. The worst. It looked more like a place to take prostitutes for a bang.

No sheets, No blankets , stained toilet and mosquitoes.

I had the most horrible experience in this hotel. We had booked an ac room. For the amount we paid it was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. There were no towels, the toilet was very dirty. The toilet flush had an electric wire sticking out which one had to pull to operate the flush. The ac had no cover on it. Luckily it was operational but pumping out a strange smell. I was shocked to see that some of the linen used was actually stolen from the indian railways. The electrical junction boxes were open and wires were hanging out. The bed was very dirty. There was no hot water in the washroom. The staff was not friendly at all. After lot of complaining they gave one towel for two of us and moved us into a slightly better room. This was slightly better, still no hot water. The bed had lot of bed bugs. The tv picture quality was so very bad that one would get a headache watching TV.There was no room cleaning service for the duration we stayed. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Booked.net should refrain from listing this hotel.

Cleanliness- nothig about this hotel is clean. Service- Absolutely no service. Safety- You donot feel safe.

Proximity to prominent local railway station and bus stand. Has good choice of restaurants around the hotel.

There were cockroaches in the room. The bed was unclean. The bathroom was pathetic. The mirrors had stains. No wardrope or cupboard or almirah in the room. The bed was unsteady.

Hotel is buying used blankets from Apollo Hospital. The blankets which I got had the Apollo Hospital symbols. When I asked to the receptionist , they agreed that they are buying like that. Now I am worried over the hygienic issue also the photo of the rooms displayed in web ( Booked.net ) is totally mismatching with reality. When I asked I didn't get a proper response. Rest is up to how you can deal with it.

AC did not work in 1of 3 rooms. Telephone did not work in 2 of 3 rooms. Hot water was not available in bathroom taps, everytime needed to call room service for that. But we couldn't do as phones were dead. No internet connection is available in hotel though it is claimed in advertising on Booked.net. No restaurant is available in the hotel.

Location was good: near the trainstation and 12 km from the Airport.

There was no wi-fi. When we booked this hotel on the internet, they advertise with free wi-fi. There was not even a shower. The television had almost no signal and the screens were slanting.

Nothing good to say abt this hotel.

Do not stay here. I cannot believe this hotel is on Booked.net This is not even worth 785 rupees (tax inc) Stained bed sheets, room stunk of urine, no shower. A hotel in London for the same price would be much better than this.
